Animated Nursery rhyme
Project breakdown
This purpose of this project is for you to demonstrate the development of a visual language by illustrating the words of the Nursery Rhyme through visual means.
Photoshop Part
• Create visual equivalents for each part of the Nursery Rhyme you choose using ONLY the clip art provided. No words, no other images, no color.
• You will use the images to develop a visual Metaphor.
• Execute projects in Black & White only (no color allowed for the project).
• Begin in Photoshop by isolating the images you want.
(isolate by moving an image to a separate layer so you can move them in premiere - see screen cast on how to do this or the google slides provided).
• Open a NEW document to save all the cut out images from the clip are using the usual size HDTV1080p
Premiere Part
• Save all your images in a folder that you title NURSERY RHYME, make sure you "choose" this folder when creating your Premiere project.
• You are telling a story, your images need to follow sequentially and lead to one another. They need to make sense when put together y (your images need to tell the story along with the words).
• You MUST add music to your piece.
• You MUST add a slate at the beginning of the timeline. Make sure you have changed your slate to read the due date and name of this project. Your slate may have color!

• Locate the Downloaded jpegs in your downloads folder
• Drag and drop the jpeg into photoshop (DO NOT open a new document first!!!!!)
• It is important that you drag and drop- this allows the images to remain the correct size
• To check this zoom in to app 200% -
If the images are crisp and clear you have done this step correctly.

• Make sure the words will work "visually"
